\u00a0Kl\u00e1ra Vesel\u00e1<\/h2>\n

\u00a0<\/span>is a Czech accordionist, singer, composer, and accordion teacher.<\/em><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/h4>\n

\u201cI love singing and playing the accordion. Giving concerts is my huge passion.\u201d<\/i><\/p>\n

She studied accordion and singing at Brno Conservatory and the Musicology at Masaryk University. Kl\u00e1ra is mostly influenced by Moravian folk, Argentine tango, and by French chanson. She participated in many international and Czech accordion festivals, competitions and workshops led by international artists (Renzo Ruggieri (IT), Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Deschamps (FR), Jytte von R\u00fcden (DK), Rodolfo Mederos (ARG) and so on).<\/p>\n

In the past, she has cooperated on concerts and CDs with many bands such as Cymbel\u00edn (CD T\u011bba 2005), Tom\u00e1\u0161 Ko\u010dko and the orchestra (CD T\u011b\u0161\u00ednsk\u00e9 niebo 2004, Popl\u00f3r 2006, Velesu 2016), Cimbal Classic (CD Mal\u00fd kousek nad zem\u00ed 2009, Betl\u00e9m), also with a folk band Bezobrat\u0159i. She has guested for a rock band Alband J. A. Kronka, also for an ensemble specialised in Argentine tango and Nuevo tango called Tango Quartetto Re. Campo. She has cooperated with several theatres in Brno: National Theatre Brno (operas Juliette, Slzy no\u017ee\/Tears of a Knife, and a ballet Tango), Brno City Theatre (Cabaret, Betlehem) and Husa na prov\u00e1zku Theatre (Goose on a String Theatre, a play Veselka). She has performed with a French chanson singer Joel Bros (CD Avant de partir 2008, a single Vol vers Citadelle 2009), with Zdenek Merta and Zora Jandov\u00e1 (CD Fifty fifty 2008).\u00a0 <\/span>She has cooperated on concerts with Sv\u011btlana N\u00e1lepkov\u00e1, Chantal Poulain, Marie Puttnerov\u00e1, Vla\u010fka Kr\u010dkov\u00e1 and a guitarist Adam Tvrd\u00fd, and with Diva Baara (CD Debut 2017). Also, she has cooperated with a pianist Zden\u011bk Kr\u00e1l and a mandolin player Martin Kraj\u00ed\u010dek on performing with a string quartet called Indigo Quartet.<\/p>\n

Hudba:<\/h3>\n

In 2012 she released her first CD Vlnohran\u00ed<\/b> <\/a>(Cimbal Classic) in which we cand find not only accordion songs, but also the first chansons composed by Kl\u00e1ra. In 2017 she started to cooperate with a guitarist Luciano Mayaci when she composed her first own album called Hr\u00e1t a zp\u00edvat<\/b> <\/a>(Playing and Singing). In 2019 she released with Kl\u00e1ra Vesel\u00e1’s trio<\/b> her author’s CD Delicia<\/b><\/a>. She has cooperated on a digital EP Hladina<\/b><\/a> (2020) with a legend of a Czech folk music Karel Mac\u00e1lka.<\/p>\n

Also, she has cooperated with an accordionist and composer Renzo Ruggieri on a single Qui ed ora<\/i> (2021), and she is preparing a new CD and videoclips called Tady a te\u010f (Here and now, 2021) on which she cooperates with Luciano Mayaci.<\/p>\n

Pedagogika:<\/h3>\n

She has worked at several music schools in Brno and in the surroundings. Over ten last years, she has taught tens of accordionists at the age of 5 to 18. Also, she has led several accordion courses and seminars for adults for which she created an e-book Manu\u00e1l pro akordeonisty<\/b><\/a> (Handbook for Accordionists). She has used her experiences from the practice during composing her accordion songs inspired by her students.<\/p>\n

In 2018 Kl\u00e1ra released a cycle of 17 songs for accordion called Vesel\u00fd akordeon<\/b><\/a> (Happy Accordion) which she dedicated to her students. Also, she wrote a workbook for teaching the accordion playing which contains the basic information from the theory of music for the smallest children called Vesel\u00fd akordeon d\u011btem<\/b><\/a> (Happy Accordion for Children, 2019). At the turn of 2020 and 2021 she created for accordionists a video school which is totally unique and where the accordionists can find not only a score of the song but also the instructions how to play it. These video schools were released: Koledy pro akordeon<\/b><\/a> (Carols for Accordion, 2020), Lidov\u00e9 p\u00edsn\u011b 1<\/b><\/a> (Folk Songs 1, 2020) and a cycle of 12 basic \u00e9tudes called Akordeonov\u00fd rok<\/b><\/a> (Accordion Year, 2021).<\/p>\n
